Keep the workflow simple
Connect knowledge, define the assistant’s role, and add it to a website.
Our approach
AnChat is being built around a simple idea: small businesses should be able to make their own knowledge easier for customers to use.
Many customer conversations begin with information a business has already written down: a shipping policy, a product detail, a service description, or a getting-started guide. AnChat’s intended role is to make that information easier to find through conversation.
The focus is a straightforward setup, a useful assistant, and a price structure small teams can understand. A clear scope and reliable source material matter more than a long list of promises.
Connect knowledge, define the assistant’s role, and add it to a website.
An assistant may need a person’s help. Product availability and unconfirmed plan limits should be visible.
Demonstrate actual questions, source material, and responses instead of unsupported performance claims.
Start with websites, documents, JavaScript, and React before expanding to more integrations.
Product status
This public website is a preview of the product direction. Here is how the available experience relates to the roadmap.
Marketing pages, proposed pricing, an interactive demo with four fictional businesses, and integration guides.
Knowledge management, customization, conversation history, analytics, and lead collection are shown as UI concepts with sample data.
Account creation, real knowledge ingestion, model-generated answers, an installable widget, the React SDK, and subscriptions.
REST API access for the proposed Pro plan, dedicated WordPress and Shopify integrations, and mobile application support.
A public support channel and account workspace have not been announced yet. For now, the documentation and product status above describe what is available. No launch date, response-time guarantee, or production service commitment is offered in this preview.
